However, for our clients it can sometimes be a very confusing, stressful & discouraging time. As a staff we take our position seriously & responsibly to respect this stage in our clients’ lives. Consequently, besides turning to our own education, experience & training, we also seek the support from others to bring this professional service to our clients. This resource support base has been acquired in the past, but can sometimes be an ongoing practice on a daily/weekly/monthly or annual basis.
